The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. the rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with a full kitchen, making it convenient for longer stays. the location was perfect for visiting the mall and Ikea. While the pool and amenities were superb, the chlorine levels were a bit high, causing some discomfort for my young son with sensitive skin. the hotel management provided Visine and a shower by the pool to help alleviate the issue, showing great care for their guests. Despite this minor setback, we had a great time overall. The hotel's proximity to the Mall of America and attractions like Whirly Ball and bowling made our stay even more enjoyable. the King Suite Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the kitchenette provided all the necessary utensils. the free shuttle service to the mall was a convenient perk, adding to the overall travel flexibility. Home2 Suites By Hilton Minneapolis-Mall Of America provided a cozy and comfortable stay, with attentive service and great amenities. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a well-equipped accommodation near popular attractions in Minneapolis.
